Wow that was fast. Not as fast as Bungie selling one million copies of Halo 3, but that’s considerably cheaper. Just 74 days into its reign the Apple iPhone has made its way into one million hands. That’s pretty darn good considering it took them almost two years to sell a million iPods.
The one million milestone for Apple was due in large part to the $200 iPhone price cut, the media circus surrounding the price cut and the fact that no one on planet earth cared about the $50 price cut on Microsoft’s Zune digital media player (or at least no one was willing to admit it).
