The new instant alpha tool works REALLY well, better than photoshop's little magic wand tool thing. I love iWork, but '08 had some tiny bugs and it was kind of slow. No reason to worry, I think Apple fixed it when they released a update for it 2 days ago. I even used Numbers at work to come up with a prioritization model with cool graphs. My boss was impressed.
