		<description>So everyone pays it with the assumption that people actually want to listen to Universal music? This is a horrible idea. Without even a profit incentive, you will hear the worst crap ever produced. Why not add a TV and movie tax too. Then everyone can be supported with your taxes and not have to do anything. We can have Bourne XXVI starring the guy from Charles in Charge and they still will get paid.</description>
