Some quick notes for clarification…
1. I refer to the USB cable as a “power cord to plug it into the computer.” It is, in fact, just a USB cable. There is NO power cord, just the USB cable.
2. My old wireless router was acting up and when I installed a newer and better one, YouTube videos loaded very quickly.
3. I say that I can get some music and videos from the iTunes music store. It’s actually music only. No direct video downloads (yet?).

Me = unimpressed.
It looks nice. Especially for a heavy graham cracker (did I spell that right?).
But what I don’t get is that you can get an iphone that does all the same stuff, plus the addition of a phone. I understand that it only works on AT&T, but any1 who is any1 knows that you can now unlock it for other carriers. So I see the ipod touch as a phase. It’ll be cool until it’s so easy to unlock the iphone that a 3 year old could do it. Then every1 will be like, “God dang, this ipod touch doesn’t have a phone, but the iphone can do all that my ipod touch can do. I wish I hadn’t bought it”
Geez… looks like Doug was ready to use his hammer if he didn’t like it!
loading movie…………loading movie…………….loading movie………………………….loading movie………….aaand ive lost interest.
hahahahahahahahahaaha
awesome review. my parents are getting me the touch for christmas.
P.S. the whole reason they made the iPod touch was A) to shut up people who keep asking ‘when the hell is steve making a freaking ipod touch?’ and B) to provide people with the option of having an iPhone, but for those who dont want the phone part and just the ipod part. Safari, YouTube, and that Starbucks thing are all add ons that just want to make u smile because its now on an iPod. but thats the whole reason they made it- for people who dont want to deal with a 2 year commitment with the worst carrier in the country on the worst data network that still exists.
