Hmmm... hasn't this already been done for free with "PortableApps.com" A suite of free open source applications which are loaded onto a removable USB drive which has email, word processing, spread sheets, chat, zip utility, calendar, etc., etc., etc.,???

I've been using PortableApps for more than six months every day since I work for two companies and don't want any stuff from one company on the other company's computer. All I do is plug in the USB drive in a computer and I'm good to go. By the way... I have also loaded TrueCrypt onto the drive with triple encryption so that if I ever lost the drive it would be no good to anyone without the password.
