These are now going for right around $50 vs. the $150 they were originally at and I just made the definite decision to purchase. I wouldn't pay anything over $80 for these, though. I have a pair of Yamaha RH10's that are much better. With the Yamahas I can hear more music on U2's Achtung Baby, but it's only the high stuff. If I turn the volume up (I shouldn't have to do that...) then the high stuff comes through the JBLs, but I shouldn't have to do that! The JBL's are much better then my Sony MDR V600s that I let my girlfriend have, but she won't take the JBL's because she thinks they are ugly. (A review from the brother of an audio nut)
