		<description>So some company you&#039;ve never heard of is going to pay 46 million, build a cell phone network in one of the toughest construction evironments on earth and no one is going to pay extra? If you believe that I have some nice bridges to sell you.

I&#039;ve worked on subway projects - it&#039;s incredibly tough. Where will they put the equipment? How will the vent all the heat the equipment generates? It&#039;s easy on rooftops, but underground?</description>
