Here is the deal. It flows from Corporate all down to the technician.
As a contractor you are given sometimes 17 jobs to complete in 3 time frames
backcharged $25.00 for every late appointment, $25.00 for missing out the date or any other information on the work order, we must pick up more jobs whilst in the field. We too must put up with wrong work orders, 16hours days
no lunch, long phone support wait times, and bad equipment.

We are being charged 10% of every paycheck for insurance and workman's comp. Charged $25.00 if we are late for office meetings, and our pay are going down every year. We are not happy, so you can understand how customers feel.

"Actually - I believe that you are allowed to put up a DirecTV or Dish “dish” without permission according to Section 207 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996. See: http://www.fcc.gov/mb/facts/otard.html"

Yeah, there's the telco lobby for ya'.

There's nothing like living in a neighborhood with underground utilities until your neighbor goes and plants a dish on his roof.

What's next? Federally protected clothes lines between trees and oil changes in the driveway?

Thanks Uncle Sam and AT&T.

I live in Philadelphia, home of Comcast, and I have never had a bad experience with them. There has been one billing error, but that was remedied with an over 90% credit, for 2 months. Just be respectful, calm, and clear. Shouting only leads to the round-about.
