The new Sidekick LX is sleeker and slimmer, including a large screen that incorporates high-definition LCD technology, a camera with flash, and mood lights which lets users set specific settings for various communication alerts. The LX is also Bluetooth capable, and has signature swivel screen, amazing keyboard, plus the killer MySpace experience, you can’t miss.

The interesting thing to note is that you can transfer over your phone bok and games from your old sidekick.

The batery life hasn’t been announced yet, but with such a bigger screen I would assume its less than the currently official 5-6 hours talk time for the sk.

Don’t forget to consider the 4 gb memory card is the max you can get and will run you atleast 40-70$.

The new sk does not come with a nifty explorer like iphones saphari, it is doubtfull it is a mobile windows 6.0 either.

Tmobile does not support palm anymore. Shame since sprint for example offers tv for 10$ a month.

The calendar and notes most likely will not be updated-retaining their near useless existance.

Don’t get me wrong. I have a sk3 +tmobile and I love it.

I will be getting the lx because it has a better screen.

The LX also will be using edge which is 2x speed of dial up and faster than the current sk browsing speed.

The LX will also allow MMS picture and video text messages… finally… yay

Another thing to note about the LX is the wow factor…

Yes you will be the center of attention for all those sk I’d, sk2 and sk3 users so hope some cute boy/girl asks you to show them! :)

i’ve never had a sidekick, i chose the wing over the sk. and i was so mad at myself for doing that. that is why i got my reservation card yesterday to gurantee my skLX!
