Everyone got all hot and bothered when Apple dropped the price of its iPhone a few weeks back, but a New Yorker got so mad that she has filed suit against both Apple and AT&T. The woman—Dongmei Li, surely you’ve heard of her—says Apple broke a bunch of laws when it dropped the price of the iPhone, that she can’t sell her iPhone for the same profits as Johnny Come Lately, etc. Good for her.
Actually, no; nuts to her. Where does she get off suing Apple because of her decision to buy an iPhone? Stupid lawsuit-happy country. I hope it goes to trial and her attorney is that giant chicken from Futurama and all he does is peck at the floor.

Man! I’d love to read that pleading.
So, I’m thinking she couldn’t dump her phones on E-Bay.
‘eh?

Thanks to Dongmei Li, I now know that I can become an official Apple reseller, eligible for redress in a court of law, simply by buying multiple products and posting to Craig’s List.
Good to know.
