anyone know if this was really stop-action or just CGI’d to look like it?
It’s tough to tell ajadoniz… my guess is that it would have been easier to do this in 3D and post it onto stop-action footage (of people walking around). I can’t imagine a having perfect weather for a few days otherwise (remember, each 1/30th of a second is one photograph).
