Err… isn’t the card made by nVidia and resold by XFX?

My understanding is that the GPU chip itself is made by nVidia but the entire card is made by XFX. nVidia doesn’t make graphics cards, just the GPUs that go on the cards themselves. The company also sets the chip and memory speed/configurations for the third-parties to follow.
