By definition, this will NOT be powered by water. Water is the ashes of the combustion of hydrogen or a hydrocarbon. Water is a very low-energy molecule, which is one of the reasons there’s so much of it around. It falls from the sky, for crying out loud.

As a chemistry teacher, let me inform you that there is so little energy contained in water as to be inconsequential, and the person who wrote this article is ignint.

Unless it can save you money I don’t see the point. Plus, didn’t someone just come out with a battery for laptops that lasts for 30 years?
