In Nashville, I got to visit Griffin Technology HQ and try out their Evolve wireless speaker system. On Brief 243, I talk about Evolve and contrast what Griffin is doing with what SonyEricsson just announced. The concept behind the MBS-100 Bluetooth speaker is solid. It’s just funny looking. I also talk about a Web site called microPledge that bridges the gap between ideas and the coders that can bring those ideas to life. Not wanting to leave out goofy, but extremely useful gadgets talk about the Swoop poop picker-upper. PhotoVu has a 22-inch digital photo frame that does RSS, and the next Harry Potter DVD will include an iPod or Zune-ready version.

  • Hey, cool!

Nice to have microPledge on TV! We’ve got new users and projects clambering on board all the time – and the good ones are starting to get funded, too!
