Doesn’t France have a law against carriers locking their phones?

Due to a law banning bundle-only products (it’s called forced sale here) forbidding the sale of a production in a bundle if the product can’t be purchased by itself, the iphone has to be sold separately without any phone subscribtion included. It’s already available unsimlocked, of course, for 999€ in supermarkets (not even apple stores): http://www.flickr.com/photos/piesto/1553236944/

looks like http://earlytel.com/ is already taking advantage of this situation and is selling the iphone from France for 484€ to the rest of the world…
