this fone sux!! I bought it in february and it was $299 and its already broken! BUT WEN IT DID WORK I HAD ALOT OF PROBLEMS wit it! it deleted all my info and it would take hours to retrieve it! My text msgs would get to the receiver up to 2 hours after i sent dem!! it would freeze all the time!! wen i called my insurance to let dem know wat was going on dey wanted me to pay a $110 deductible to get a replacement!!Worst investment i have made. I DONT recommend it!

Well the sidekick lx is pretty amazing (:
i like it (: i’ve had 2, i dropped one, hehe,
whoops my bad, so it broke, and they replaced it (:

but its pretty cool, though i hate how low the sound
is on the media player, oh well i guess i’ll have to live
with it, ive had this for about what? 5 months (:

maybe even more i got it a LONG time ago,
so hmm. im just getting ready for a new phone i either
want the nokia 6301 or the samsung blast, these are both
amazing phones (:

well obviously your not rich because if you bought 5 sidekick lx’s, then i think that by the 5th one you would have realized that there are only two colors (blue and brown…. and just kuz you have 5 sidekick lx’S doesnt mean you are rich because thats only about $3,ooo.oo wich isnt nothing and its not like you are paying the bill for all of them. =)

I’ve had sidekicks all my life. i started at the sdk2 then 3 and now i currently have the Lx. its by far the best one. although i admit its still a little big for my taste its still a great phone. If you big on texting i would deff. get this phone. im practically adicted to my phone i text 17,000 a month. thats pretty bad.The internet is extremly quick. &No the screen is nott bad quality its actually the best one ive seen on a phone.The bad thing about this phone is that is it too big and it sometimes shuts down for no aparent reason, i also dont recieve half of my text messages sometimes. the camera is also no good&the rim of the phone scratches really easily.Other then that its a great buy,.

**if your looking for a smaller phone , i would nott recommend he sidekick slide. its ugly and has the smallest screen i’ve ever seen,

Hahaha, well I am one of those SK3 users.. a few of pet peeves with this one,poor screen quality, no alarm clock, and of course no custom ringone, besides that, i am a text-a-holic, so im pretty satisfied.. so I guess i’ll be one of those people using my SK3 until the screen falls off! LOL.

I have 2 say me and my sklx have a pretty complicated relationship. I love it and yet I hate it!! Its a beautiful phone no doubt bout that even the box is all nice. I love txting with it its so easy and its so durable! I constantly drop it and strangely enough there’s not a single scratch. The only thing is the screen(beautiful I should say) has a few tiny scratches from when I don’t use the case, its easy to hold and use, but being a sophomore in highschool the size does have its downsides. It opens smoothly and isn’t all loud like other sk’s. The speaker quality sucks! U can’t really hear a song or person that great. I’m glad it has an micro sd memory card cuz those r easier 2 get than the micros. The internet is alright but the blackberry’s is faster. Unlike the sk3 when ur online the msgs don’t delay they come in right away. And I HATE the sk slide! =]

I’ve had my blue sklx for about 3 weeks and so far, we have developed a love/hate relationship. I love the look, the aim, the keyboard, the internet and its countless other features. But I also hate the fact that you pay for EVERYTHING: the alarm clock and not to mention the $2.49 for shitty ringtones…. and there is no possible way to get around paying for them sry. But overall I would recommend the kick lx for anyone that texts more than they talk. The camera kinda sucks. But its sexy as hell!!!!!!! Its totally worth the overpriced pricetag.

I had the juicy couture sidekick II for three years, and the sound quality of the lx compared to the juicy is HORRIBLE. I took the lx back and asked to switch phones because I thought the sound was messed up on the one I got! If I didn’t have the juicy I wouldn’t think THAT much of the sound quality of the lx, but knowing what a $400 phone SHOULD sound like I was terribly disappointed. Most of the blame can be put on the fact the lx has no speaker on the back of the phone. Speakerphone is useless. There is a constant static fuzzy sound in the background and the voices are garbbled and high pitched. Ringers don’t even come in that loud on maxium. At this point, I’d give up the mp3 and picture texting capabilities to have another phone that sounded as good as my juicy!

k, well the sidekick lx is mybest friend, but how ever the rim around it does scratch a little bit to easy, I’ve had it for 7 months now, and the buttons are starting to wear out and the rim is coming appart :[

the back is scratched up because of how many times I flipped it up, and the music player isn’t so bad, but you need to be in a quiet place to hear it unless you have head phones.

but other then that its a really cute phone, not even that bad, I love it, and the rim only comes off because I droped it to many times, but it does scratch easyily, so be careful!

and as for the screen its a little damaged, but that’s because I drop it a lot.

dang I gottaget my self protectors, lol.

can’t wait till the new sidekick comes out, i’m so wanting to trade.

I don’t know why you are all raving. My lx is a nightmare. Yes I love the keyboard, and yes the screen is clear. How about not getting texts unless you turn your phone on and off half the time? Or not having memory for mp3? Oh or my fave, paying 20 a month for internet that blocks you at every turn! I’ve had this phone (in blue) for five months and deeply regret my purchase. Go mac iphone all the way.
