		<description>CSRs (of any company) are probably pressured to take advantage of customer&#039;s lack of knowledge about their reimbursement policy.  It probably saves millions by being dishonest to customers and when something like national news damages PR, you can just blame the CSR for not doing their &quot;job.&quot;</description>

AT&amp;T now says that the customer called about other communications services, and was then transferred to Dish, who didn&#039;t follow their own disaster policy. The customer&#039;s not going to have to pay the 300 bucks.</description>
