After a while, predicting the release of anything becomes a tautology. Take the MacBook. We’ve been seeing rumors about a revised model for several months now. The latest such rumors—it could be released as early as tomorrow, right in line with previous “early November” predictions—only serve to keep this prediction racket going. Could it be released tomorrow? Sure, absolutely. Will it, though?

In any event, if a new Santa Rosa-having MacBook shows up don’t be surprised. If it doesn’t, be even less surprised.
