I’ve owned the juke for a year now and it sucks balls man. The screens small, the keys are incedibly small and close together, and its impossible to break especially when i need it to break so i can get a phone that doesnt suck gorrilla balls!

the juke is a terreble phone for texting im finalling getting a new phone the blitz. if u dont wanna text and u want a music player and good memory and a small phone get the juke but it is not the phone for a text freak dont get this is it was my firstr phone and i didnt even have it for a year until i wanted a new phone.

For the zoom option, I noticed that it won’t work when the resolution is set on High. So you will have to go to Options, Resolution, and choose Med. From what I can tell, the resolution doesn’t make that big of a difference when you change it. Hope this helps!

And for the 2nd part, sorry, I’m still trying to figure that out myself!

horrible phone. only perk of having this phone is that the music player, otherwise its a pretty fat phone that bulges out of your pocket unless you wear extremely baggy pants or no pants at all. it also sucks for teenagers that want to text all day because of it’s small keypad. bottom line, it’s a horrible phone

I’ve had this phone for quite some time, and it has been great! For a free phone, it kicked some butt. I’m gettin a new one cause I’m just bored with it and hate the textin on this phone. So Im gettin one with a keyboard. The problem with this phone is that it scratches super easy and gets banged up fairly quick. Mine looks like it’s been threw hell and back. Other than all that, it’s a nice unique phone that makes people say all the time,” is that really a phone?I like that and I want it!” haha. Couldn’t tell ya how many times I’ve heard that!

To those trying to make a silent ringtone for those unwanted calls: Instead of recording silence for several seconds, just push play and stop really fast in sequence. This will result in a truly silent ringtone.

I love my juke! but now my computer all of a sudden will not recognize it. Help! and when I down load a book on tape it will down load it and I will see it there but when I play it it gives me a message that says license expired. Windows media player has the book and it plays. I have downloaded songs from windows media player and they play fine on the phone. Just not the books. And why deosnt the device show on my controll panel? Please help I need a book fix!

I got three of them for my family. My first problem was not being able to set ringtones. The folks at the Verizon place said they’d figure out how and call me. I never heard from them.

One phone had the pivot for the flip go bad and the screen died. Phone replaced.

A second phone couldn’t be updated, so it was replaced. A month later (phone only two months old) the battery started dying very quickly. Battery replaced.

The third phone has now started having the same battery problem. They want $32 bucks to replace the battery that they replaced in the other phone one month ago for free. It seems obvious there’s a common problem with these phones. Called customer service. They’re sending me a new battery. I asked the woman if it was the correct color since the back of the phone is the battery and matches the phone. She said they didn’t have colored batteries. I have no idea what they’re going to send me, but I’m sure it will be screwed up too.

I asked them about replacing the phone with another model and they said it would cost me $150 for their cheapest model. I asked how much it would cost to buy out my contract. That’s $145 dollars. I could save five bucks, go to another provider and get free new phones that might actually work.

I really dig my juke.I’ve had it for about a year now. The wheel moves a little slower now but still functions fine. Texting is ok. Word type functions works well but The keys texture is great if you don’t keep your finger nails very short. I’ve found the camera to function ok for being VGA. Everyone that I know that has it LOVES IT and i’m over 25. I hope they do a uodate for the Juke like LG has done with the chocolate. Great music phone! Just enough space so in case I forget my iPod touch I’ve got some entertainment. Oh Tetris is the only game worth playing on the small screen. So if you see this Samsung, make another Juke!

i think this phone is a great phone for teenagers because it is small and it great for txting and the camera is great!!!!!!!!!!!! i wish it came in differnt colors though like black lime green pink orange and like purple that is the only flaw for me !! but in alll it is t like the best phone!!!!!!!!! :) =]

The Juke is a fabulous phone. I love the swivel opening and the fact is has a built in Mp3 player and a camera. With the calender I get an alert with my favorite tone whenever I have something to do. I could write a 100 good things about this phone, but that would take up too much things. The one downside is you cannot get the music from iTunes. YOu should buy the phone

Saving a copy of a song in a new file format

You can convert a song to a different file format (and keep a copy of the original). For example, you can save a copy of a compressed song file such as MP3 or AAC in an uncompressed song format (AIFF or WAV).

When converting from a compressed to uncompressed file format (for example, from MP3 to AIFF), you shouldn’t notice any reduction in sound quality. However, when converting between compressed formats (for example, MP3 and AAC), you may notice a reduction in the sound quality. For the best results, if you want your music encoded in a different file format, import the music again from the original source using the new encoding format.

Important: Except for iTunes Plus songs, you can’t convert iTunes Store purchases.

To convert a song’s file format:

Choose iTunes > Preferences, click Advanced, and then click Importing.

In the Import Using pop-up menu, choose the format you want to convert songs to, and then click OK to save the settings.

Select one or more songs in your library (Command-click to choose multiple songs), and then choose Advanced > “Convert Selection to….”

To convert all the songs in a folder or on a disk, hold down the Option key and choose Advanced > “Convert Selection to,” and then choose the folder or disk containing the songs you want to convert.

The song in its original format and the newly converted song appear in your library.

I’m gettin a Juke on Monday (today is Saturday), and I was wondering if someone could show me step by step how to transfer iTunes music to a Juke capable format.

Please, if you aren’t going to help and all you have to say is “you don’t have to transfer it”, then just don’t respond. I’m looking for (I know, it’s kinda out there) some real help!

I think the phone is a good phone I got it a day ago and I really like it! I have just 2 questions the first is: does anybody have trouble with the zoom on it mine doesn’t zoom. 2nd is do you have to text to get ring tones because I don’t text and am not aloud to any way! I am happy with the phone choice I love music and I always forget my MP3 when i go places so the fact that I can put all my fave songs on it, it’s small design, amd it’s a phone makes it great!!! I recomend the red I love that color. I also recomend this phone!!!!!!
