Maybe it is because some people just need a phone to be a phone. And this one does that just fine. The UMA feature is handy if your on the fringe of the reception area.. So if you need the latest all in one phone/mp3 player/camera/web browser/entertainment center, look elsewhere. But if you need to a decent phone for a decent price, this one works pretty well.
