I searched and learned that there is a ROM update to version 402... but the ROM on my X800 was version 402. Still out of desperation, I went ahead and installed the "upgrade."
Well, interestingly, my phone worked -- for about 2 hours -- then it went back to simply going "beep, beep" when I try to make a phone call. It shows the 'Cingular' network, excellent signal strength... help anybody?

I bought mine in good faith and it can't even make phone calls on the AT&T network... I'm using a 3G SIM card, I'm tech savvy, but I need some assistance from ETEN... they don't even seem to have a customer phone support line... Help anybody?
