Do you remember the one scene in Gears of War where you’re driving away from a gigantic locust instead of shooting at it? You’re thinking, “What the hell? Are they seriously not going to let me blow this dude up?” Well the wait to kill the Brumak is over. Microsoft Game Studios announced Gears of War will be coming to the PC this week. I checked the EB Games site and it’s got the release date set to 11/6. Along with the induction of a new boss battle the new version gives you five new campaign chapters, all the downloadable content from the Xbox 360 version and a map editor powered by the Unreal engine. The new Gears also features higher resolutions and DirectX10 support.
