T-Mobile making it easy for you

fists-and-star1.jpgOn T-Mobile? You’re going to like this. T-Mo is working on a new way to not-bone-as-hard customers when want to switch to another network. Currently, your early termination fee is the same if you’ve had your service for two months or fifteen months. This new plan would prorate your fee based on how long is left in your plan.

It’s not the first time a carrier has talked about easing its customers out of their enslavement, but its by far the most fair we’ve heard of so far. But, really, with T-Mobile treating you this nice, why would you want to leave?

Only for new customers, or if you renew your contract. Current customers still get boned.

Umm… AT&T just announced this exact thing like a week or so ago.

It looks like T-Mobile is “just keeping up with the Jones”.

Good news? No doubt. Am amazing new idea? Hardly…
