The tiny Asus Eee will be available in multiple colors early next year, according to Jenn over at pocketables.net (who is very nice, by the way).
It’s thought that these color options will be available on the base-level $299 “2G Surf” model which has no webcam and half the RAM and storage of its now-available $399 big brother (available in black or white).
I’ll go out on a short limb and say that people like stuff that comes in different colors. Kids, especially. Don’t be surprised to start seeing these little laptops around more and more within the next year.

I believe some if not all the color are being sold. They even have a pink which looks nice, almost brought this for my wife. I did see the green as well before I settled on the white. The actual color is more of a white with a white pearl luster.
