The HTC Touch Cruise, which looks strikingly similar to the Android demo is now official. In Europe. As expected the TouchFLO UI is present in case you didn’t pick that up from the name. It runs WinMo 6, which is bearable with TouchFLO, has a built-in GPS, HSDPA, stereo Bluetooth and 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi. You’re not even reading this anyway since there’s a video.

  • Is it just me, or does it look like the zebra picture switched randomly to another picture when the zoom got too close and the user tried to zoom out? Is this an error with the touch cruise?

  • Hmmm. I see that, Liz. I don’t know. Maybe he inadvertently flicked to the next pic.

  • It’s possible, but the video is pretty clean and it really doesn’t look like he pushes the center button again. I’m definitely guilty of overthinking, but just the fact that he goes right on clicking tends to make me think it switched photos unexpectedly

  • I think he wanted to zoom out but instead of rotating the ring he accidently pressed the ring too hard wich made the next picture come to front.
