Zune Originals up and running, steer clear of the Tattoo Series

So, I just took a quick look at the Zune Originals site and the Artist Series looks great. I may just have to cave in and get one because they’re that cool. The Tattoo Series is a different story. I’m so happy they didn’t include any tribal designs because I’d just barf, but it’s nothing special. It’s all crappy tattoo flash that you’ll find at the local shop. Ya know, the kind that stupid 18-year olds will think looks really cool and some how makes them look like a badass when in reality it just makes them look like a huge d-bag. Check it out for yourself.

Innovation from Microsoft? Wow… I am surprised but this does look good and goes a long way towards personalizing the Zune in todays iPod dominated marketplace.
Now if only they can drop the price by 100$ then I may convert to the dark side, if it worked with iTunes that is ;-)

As a longtime happy zune customer. My original zune 30 has been screwed beryond confection. Wireless connection is ridiculously slow…..its a great concept but it is way too slow and drumroll please….. I was walking to my 8am class today and I was playing my underground rock I listen to and all of a sudden the artwork is of an atticus cd, not the oh sleeper cd….a few songs later, i have atticus songs on my oh sleeper album and oh sleeper songs on my project 86 album. That is just the tip of the iceberg…..orginization sucks with the new zune software and firmware…they really should of done a beta because then the bugs would have been gone before release….congrats microsoft, the one thing i like from you, you managed to screw up. It is like my zune is on random with almost 1/3 of my music, luckily it only did it too my most commonly played albums…what a croc
