It is starting to happen more often now, though. And when it does shut off, all my pictures, text messages, downloads, and contacts get deleted. Usually, they all come back, but this time none of my downloads came back. I'm calling t-mobile tomorrow. This is bs. Over the past week, it has just shutdown on me everyday. Then yesterday, it crashed on me 6 times. Im talking the only way i could get it to come back on is by removing the back, pulling the battery out, reinserting it, and then turning it back on. So i called t-mobile.
