Holy bonkers! The flash Zune will soon add a 16GB model that’s yellow! Yes, you read that correctly. It’s going to be 16GB of banana-colored goodness. Ok, not really, we’ll see 16GB, but not yellow. I thought the Social was over? You make it you, right?
Updated: One of CG’s faithful, Brian R., just sent this in saying he’s seen a yellow Zune in a tv spot:
I was watching top gear tonight and they were running an ad for the Zune - The same one we have here “Ballad of Tina Pink”… In the very last part of it you see they line up of all the zune’s and their colors… yellow is included..

That’s just a ship gift for the members of the Zune team. The same way that orange Zune30 was last year. I’m sure either the 16 gig capacity or alternate colors are coming eventually, but we already knew that, right?
Oh… Adam beat me to it. I hope they do release a 16g zune. I know its silly of me to complain, but I have a 30 gig and haven’t filled it yet (even though I’ve had it for a year). For now this will only be for the lucky peeps at Microsoft.
Yes yes, it’s more the fact that the flash Zune will be coming in a 16GB form at some point down the road. The color is only for the M$ folks, but that’s ok.
