I'll agree with Floopy that this is a poor review. The reviewer says
"You stick the antenna to your window using the included suction cups and plug in the device."
This is NOT correct. Check the Wi-Ex site or read the instructions. It's clearly stated to place the box on the window and the small remote antenna in the area you wish to improve coverage. You need to have you're phone no more than 4 to 6 ft max from the antenna for this to work, it's not a direct connection to the phone it works by proximity to the antenna. // The box communicates with the cell tower, the antenna communicates with your phone.
I actually have this device and it does help the signal when used properly. From my expirence the antenna should be at least 8 ft from the box. If you keep getting the red light try moving the ant. away from nearby objects, confirm 8 ft or more of separation, move your cell phone away from the ant. or box until AFTER the led is green and have only 1 phone in the area of the ant. at any one time. Also, the only way to clear the red led is to power cycle the box.
I hope this helps anyone thinking of trying one of these devices.

This is a poor review, I'm sorry, the author does NOT describe how to use the device. Do I plug it into my phone? We don't know. Please spend more than I just spent leaving a reply next time you write a review, thanks.
