For an upgrade w/ the sidekick, when you get it . The box will appear in the middle of the screen it says your phone is ready for an update and has 3 options – update now, remind me later, remind me tomorrow or somethin like tht.

2 get an update you keep restarting your phone until a box appears that says you are ready for an update, do you want one and you click update now…..but before you restart make sure you are signed oout of aim and all the instant messengers
