		<description>The photograph that accompanies the article -- is that Sapa, Vietnam? If it's not, those people dress very much the same. I didn't see any umbrellas or cell phones when I was there three years ago, but just about every home had a tv and dvd player. Even the ones who powered them off batteries charged by mountain water turning a generator. 

Thanks for the nostalgia, but I have to go... my cell phone's ringing.</description>
