There used to be a guy who biked down the street just outside of our neighborhood every Saturday afternoon playing the same damn song, but his setup was so hardcore my windows would vibrate... it was just silly...and slightly cool.

I think it's a great idea! It's much easier for those of us who, while walking around or while attempting to talk with friends outside, are subjected, against our will, to a cyclist's migraine-inducing, mega-decibel noise to gang up and beat the living crap out of the living-loud cyclist, than, it would be for us to do the same to, say, someone driving in a car with a cranked-up-to-the-max, bass-heavy sound system. I'm normally an extreme pacifist, but I might be willing to make an exception or two.

Admit it, we've all wanted to take our revenge out on these unbelievably inconsiderate people at one time or another. This may give us the opportunity to do so.
