		<description>An easier way, but risky is to get the back cover off is to drop the iPhone, I got my iPhone as a very wonderful gift from my aunt, I can see a corner of the silver cover still popped up from when she dropped the iPhone, oops :)</description>

Anyone who works on electronics/automotive electronics for more than 2 minutes knows you always disconnect (-) first. (for the noobs thats black)

That way you don&#039;t risk shorting anything... Lithium batteries tend to vent/burst into flames when shorted.</description>

		<description>When my iPhone&#039;s battery stopped holding a charge, I just brought it in to the Apple Store and they replaced it on the spot. They did a routine software restore first, as a formality, then swapped it out. Bummer that they&#039;re failing already, but the quick exchange mitigated the hassle.</description>
