I currently own a kick ass PC, and the 360, and as soon as funds allow, I will be getting a PS3.

I’m a gamer, I don’t care what platform plays it, as long as I can play good games.

Platform wars are dumb. If your a gamer, STFU and play whatever tickles your fancy.

Fanfolk need to take a valium, and/or smoke a joint, and just have fun with whatever system offers you the games you prefer.

I think MS is getting there though but not fast enough (maybe next gen they will do better). Sony is picking up their slack and mobilizing, Home, Little Big Planet, Metal Gear Solid 4, FF XIII, and FF vs XIII are only what you know about. I can’t think of a title coming out soon for the X360 that people are really passionate about. You can mention Halo Wars or what not. At the end of the day, Halo is an over-rated FPS. Bioshock adds some creativity to the genre at least. FPSes need an over-haul and MS milked that Halo brand like no other. They even sold a couple of units in Japan for a change.

As for the winning HD format, the numbers talk. Blu-Ray is taking over (talking numbers). Once the holiday numbers are out in Jan08, WB will make their stance. The consumers are losing out on this one you as someone who should hold the reader’s best interest in mind should not recommend something that might disappear in a few months.

Are you retarded? I just listed 7 great games all rated excellent, 6 1st party titles all available on the PS3.

There are about 35 some titles on PS3 that rate over 80% on metacritic, about half the titles that are rated over 80% on the 360(70). While the PS3 has roughly 30 some crap titles rated under 70%, and Xbox 360 has 150 some crap titles rated under 70%.

Considering Xbox 360 has been out 1 year longer it makes sense it has double the library, but also 5 times the crap games PS3 has currently.

If you still have difficulty understanding my point, having around 110 games
with 35 titles highly rated titles, is having “games not being built for the PS3 yet”.
I guess by your definition PS3 has to reach Xbox 360 status, of 71 highly rated titles, out of 310 titles, and over half of the titles (150) titles be crap.

Here’s a great article talking about how Crummy the DVD playback is on the 360, as well as goes into how the HD-DVD is below average.

Yes, all the reviews for that add-on HD-DVD player concludes by telling consumers to stick with a standalone HD-DVD player.
In contrast, the PS3 is actually reviewed as a really good HD player.

With very little Xbox 360 software coming out, aside Mass Effect in the holiday season and in few months how can you say that?
