		<description>Um, I don't know. I always go with Hanlon's Razor for these situations: "Never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity." MS has tons of money and has been in the industry standards-setting offensive for a long time. I don't see their continual backing of HD DVD as anything other than business as usual.</description>

		<description>Betamax was also superior...  How'd that work out?  Cheap and available will prevail, whatever the HD format.  Digital delivery will not be the industry standard until fiber is as common as copper.  And that won't happen any time soon.</description>
