		<description>I had a rough time getting the U727 to work and Sprint Customer Service was completely worthless.  The network activation failed no matter what they tried or instructed me to do.  I went through numerous calls and ultimately they sent me a replacement device only to find it produced the exact same errors.  By accident, I pressed the "Update Profile" button in the settings menu when they directed me to press "Activate Device" option on one attempt.  Instead, the update worked and my device was online.  I have no idea if this was a local issue or a national one, but if your activation keeps failing, try updating the profile before giving up.  The device works great now and is very speedy.</description>
