Over the weekend I made my way up to 8th street and Broadway for the opening party of the AC Gears store. I really had no idea what it was about or what to expect. I just saw the notice of in my Thrillist e-mail. What I found was a wall of headphones, random toys/gadgets from Japan and some of those uber cool Tokyo Flash watches we randomly post about. There wasn’t much that caught my eye, but I’m not into little Japanese trinkets so take it for what it’s worth, which is nothing in this case. Heh. It’s a neat shop, though.
