Good job, Warner Brothers. You certainly made my day. According to reports floating around the Web, the limited edition Blu-ray collection of the first five movies in the Harry Potter saga includes an HD DVD version of The Goblet of Fire. It really is a limited edition now isn’t it? Heh. No word on whether WB will be issuing replacements or sending out discs, but some consumers have reported that retailers are making amends on WB’s behalf. Is this a subtle hint?

  • Is this a subtle hint?

If you’re referring to ‘mistakenly’ using HD-DVD in place of BlueGay, then yes, I think so.

  • no word yet? are you looney? the WB said if you return the entire package they will replace the entire package with the correct discs in the original story when it was posted a week ago! is there a way to filter your stories so i don’t have to read them when i visit the site?

  • Well, bluray, we do have a tips line. You could have informed us, but based on your name, I doubt it would have happened.
