Transcription Services and Transcription Programs are developing fast!! As I do a lot of research and interviews on the phone (e.g. employment interviews, research interviews etc) I need a transcription service that I can get 30 mins plus out off. Presently I use a transcription service called Transcript Divas http://transcriptdivas.co.uk/ that you call into to record your telephone conversation - they then take that audio recording and transcribe it and email it back to you overnight! Here is a price list for various services they offer http://transcriptdivas.co.uk/the-best-london-transcription-services-and-prices/ .

I've been using the service for about 6 months now and I love it. I don't get a lot of voice mails (mostly text messages), but it saves me from having to call and listen to my voice mail during a meeting or in a noisy location.
