Fire up your Registry Editor (I use PHM regedit) and navigate to \HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders\ You'll find three keys: Cache, Cookies, History. All will have a path in that starts with \Windows\Profiles\Guest\...... Change "Windows" to "Storage Card" for all. Kill any running copies of IE and restart. You'll find that it creates a "Profiles" directory on your storage card and puts all the rubbish in there in future. Remember to clear down your temp files, cookies and history in IE first, or you won't free the space off......
