Adventures in end user license agreements

I’ll admit that I’ve never read the EULA associated with any software, hardware, service, or otherwise. I tried once and gave up but other than that, I just open things with reckless abandon. I wouldn’t have even noticed what this sticker said before I had the bubble wrap torn six ways from Sunday.
It says to not open the package unless you agree to the EULA, which is inside the package. So basically only John Edward, Lisa Williams, and other respected members of the psychic community get to open Roombas. No fair.

I do not recognize “EULA’s” because as far as I am concerned they are illegal contracts. There is no “Negotiation” involved its completely one sided.
I also do not recognize limits on my personal property rights. None at all not one single limitation.
When its NON personal thats different (such as when sharing) but for “hardware” where the sharing is just information again NO limits I OWN the rights for my “hacks” not them.
People need to stop recognizing EULA’s
