- html email (think you got this one)
- allow changing the color of message heading on the main screen - you can do this with level 1 messages (they become red). Why can't I have all the email coming in on my personal account show red, my BES show green, etc, etc
- badly need a weekly calendar view that doesn't look like it's something the late 80's forgot. All I need is to see the seven days with what is happening each day. Yeah I know the print will be tiny but that's why RIM's making the big earnings - figure it out!
- eliminate the requirement for vastly overpriced Blackberry Data Plans. At the least these plans need to be in the $5/mo range. Note to RIM: My Exchange server gives me push email faster than you do -- and I pay zilch extra under my sprint/sero plan.
- docs to go (think this is in the works)

>5. Phone numbers with extension are not showing in the caller ID with the name associate with that number

The answer to that is simple; an extension does not show up in caller ID. If there is an extension then it means that multiple people will be able to call from that single number. Therefore if you associate one person will the number it will be wrong most of the time.

If anything you should associate the number without an extension to the company and it should show up correctly.

I do not know if this is the case with blackberries as I do not own one. I do this on my Nokia N95 and it works like a charm. I would assume that other smart phones are the same way.
