		<description>I get my TV OTA -- digital of course -- but I have a lesser-used 12-year-old TV that could use a converter...and believe it or not, my workplace has several old-skool TVs that will require converters, too. So, yes, I signed up for two coupons - my tax dollars are finally working for me.</description>
