		<description>It looks like the Hot Rock is actually being marketed to businesses.  Check out the video on the first link John provides.  I can't wait until someone local decides to get in on Hot Rock cooking...so I can avoid going there.</description>

I guess you have to heat the rock up in the oven first?  Or a stove element?  Hopefully you can buy a larger rock for cooking more than one steak.  Of course, with a larger rock you have to make sure you don't accidently cook yourself on it 'cause you mistook the rock for your kitchen counter.  You know it would happen, and then there'd be a lawsuit, and then goodbye kitchen rock.</description>
