I can't wait to try out the 1200fps shooting, thats a crazy speed, althought i havent found out if the resolution gets lowered at the higher fps. (what good is 1200 fps at 320X240?!)
I also hope theres an easy way of navigating through the highspeed photographs, it would be hellish to go through the 3600 shots of a 3 second burst, frame by frame.
Still, this will usher in a new type a home photography.. i'm having these thoughts of putting this camera on a hand-made spinning rig to try and do some home made bullet time shots!

Looks like a great all around camera. I believe this is the way to go, one camera that does it all, pictures and great video. Still need to see the pictures to be sure. I prefer these over DSLR's, because you get the LCD viewer, you get video, and you don't have to worry about DSLR's mechanical shutter going bad in 50,000-100,000 clicks. I currently own a Fujifilm S6000fd and absolutely love it, it is my all in one picture and video camera. I really appreciate the HD video of this Casio, that would really be cool to have.

Well, it's not a DSLR. It has a CMOS sensor (or so they say), but it does not have a mirror, nor exchangeable lenses, both of which are what defines a DSLR.

It will be one of the few (the Sony R1 being the most well-known) non-DSLR cameras with a CMOS sensor. Let's hope that it will not only be a quick shooter, but also have good low light capabilities with that CMOS sensor (if it's not a tiny one, that is - no info available on sensor size yet AFAICS).

And I really appreciate it having "only" 6 Megapixels. That's plenty for most uses, and it will not get in the way of image quality so easily (pixels less densely packed on the sensor).
