Steve Rubel IMed me just now pointing out that it didn’t look like the Air has a Kensington laptop lock slot. I sent my winged monkies to investigate and they found that no, there is no lock slot. Therefore, we encourage you to use Gorilla Glue to keep thieves from stealing your sweet, sweet precious.

Supply and demand my friend. What’s the incentive to Apple to provide a lock? It doesn’t make the thing look as cool.

it also has no memory card slot - how does one get photos on there from covering an event?

When he stealeded the Air, he put it in a manila envelope so no one would look for a computer bag. Just as he sawed in the How-To TV ads!!

There’s a simple reason - who the heck would want to steal the worlds most worthless laptop in the first place? :)

Every time I see something written about Air there is alway some other thing that it is missing, does this thing do anything at all?
