		<description>Big companies are going to shed customers like crazy as alternatives arise. They continuously fail to offer the customers service. Its bad business. I hope they are starting to see that.</description>

		<description>Yeah, I have to pay $8 per month extra for the NFL Network (there are some other obscure sports channels thrown in there as well) plus they charged me a one-time $1.99 &quot;administrative&quot; fee when I got it activated the first time. Apparently, all the prices and packages are different depending on where you live. That&#039;s how it is here in the Boston area.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m confused why you would want the NFL Channel removed with it part of the basic digital package and why you don&#039;t have the Military and other channels.  They are all part of the digital package.  Do you pay extra for the NFL Channel?</description>
