LG Voyager owner’s help needed

I don’t have access to a Voyager at the moment and I’m not sure if this was apart of the firmware upgrade that went out last month. Can any Voyager owners comment? K. Thx.

Verizon sent me a letter notifying me of the upgrade and gave me the closest location to bring it too to have it done - for FREE… Took about 15 minutes for them to do. So you don’t have to “demand” that Verizon give you the update or a new phone. Don’t wait for the letter - if you’re on the old software, just bring it in to a Verizon store (the Verizon Kiosk in the local Mall couldn’t do it) and they should do it for you, no questions asked.
What is shown in this video is part of the upgrade. Besides this new feature, the other feature I was glad to see they added was that now you can see the keyboard on the external screen (i.e. no more opening the phone to key in your voice mail passcode, for instance)

Thanks, Mike. Just wanted to make sure this wasn’t something new.

Somebody get this guy an Ocean. If he thinks unfettered access to m.youtube.com is noteworthy…

thats a dick statement. i was never notified about this update and some verizon stores are not upgrading them.
and yes, free video in a non-digital zone is a BIG deal. no evdo and no digital for tv makes m.youtube.com a godsend.
