Motorola might be exiting mobile phone business

If Nomura International analyst Richard Windsor knows what he’s talking about then Moto will be leaving the handset business to focus on being an enterprise and government company. It’s also being reported that some Chinese vendors might be interested in acquiring Moto, but they are not too sure how to fix Moto’s problem, which Windsor believes lies with their platform and software and not hardware. I’m inclined to agree.

I’m one Chinese employee of Motorola. I agree that Motorola is great company. I’d like workin for Motorola. I’m so sorry to see its current situation. The CEO and high level management team must be shame for that.
