		<description>It takes a lot of signaling messages to send a single SMS message to the handset.  Those messages are used to set-up a connection.

Games, pictures (backgrounds), ringtones and music files are sent using MMS.  MMS messages include singaling setup to establish the connection, but then pass a much larger payload of data.

You will find that MMS messages are billed using a different measure than the SMS text-only messages.  So I find the &quot;study&quot; above to be mostly incorrect.</description>
